OUR VISION
PERFORMANCE
Our performance vision is to help athletes consistently perform at their optimal level using exercises focused around mental conditioning. To teach student athletes the importance of being mentally tough - and prepare them for the multitude of negative factors which can affect performance.
DEVELOPMENT
Having developed hockey players from Youth, all the way up to NCAA Division 1 and Professional levels, Will uses situational development techniques to help players understand the incredible amount of directions the game can be seen in.
His mentors being ex-professional figure skater Mark Farrington, ex-professional hockey players Kurt Mallett, Steve Leach, among many others, he has the foundation to look at skill development from the outlook of the specific player, as well as the technical aspect a player needs to get an edge on competition.

Coach Will brings a psychological aspect to each development lesson with his players that make them not only situationally think, but realize why each skill movement is important to make opportunities happen in their favor.
